Workforce Talents is looking for workforce coordinators to help the people we work with to find and keep meaningful jobs throughout the country. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work well with individuals experiencing various difficulties.

This job requires a special type of person. A person dedicated to working hard helping others change their lives.

THIS JOB INVOLVES A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF PHONE WORK


  • 1+ years Vocational Rehabilitation experience
  • 1+ years direct experience working with adults with developmental disabilities



  • Ability to clear an active security/suitability clearance through the Social Security Administration
  • One or more, or ability to obtain a BWIP, CESP, ACRE, CCSP, CPWIC, CRC, CPRP, or ICCD certification/accreditation



    Work with beneficiaries through phone, text, email, online meetings and in-person
  • Conduct career counseling assessment reviews and guidance via phone, in person and web.
  • Mentor and job coach
  • Resume training, review and support
  • Job searching and placement support
  • Interview training and coaching
  • Benefits management and help support services
